These terms and conditions apply to the Overseas Mortgage Finder Advisory Service.

We will store and use any personal information about you to fulfill your instructions in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 ("the Act").

In order to provide our service we need to collect personal information about you by way of our fact finding questionnaire. We then process this information and disclose it to third party mortgage advisers with whom we have a contract. By completing the questionnaire you are consenting a Third Party Mortgage Adviser to contact you and progress your request for further mortgage information. Thereafter we will retain your information only for so long as necessary in light of our rights and obligations under our contract with the relevant Third Party Mortgage Adviser. By using this web site you are giving us permission to use and retain your personal data in this way. We will not pass your personal information to any third party other than a Third Party Mortgage Adviser. As part of our proposition we may need to use “cookies” to store and track information about your use of Overseas Mortgage Finder.

4. Access to personal data

Under the Data Protection Act 1998 we are entitled to charge an administration fee of £10 for allowing you access to your personal data. All requests for copies of personal information should be made in writing accompanied by the administration charge to Overseas Mortgage Finder, Second Floor, Stirling House, 21-25 Station Lane, Hornchurch, Essex RM12 6JL.

5. You consent that the Connect Finance Group may provide you with information of our services or third party promotions that we deem may be of interest to you from time to time. If you do not want to receive these promotions please make this clear in your initial communication with us.
