About the Affiliate Scheme

You can become a OMF affiliate in 2 simple steps:

Step 1: Register as an affiliate by completing our sign up form below.
Step 2: Choose one of our promotion banners which will enable you to create a link to our website.

Each affiliate is given there own unique reference number which enables us to track any referrals that are made.

If you would like to make an offline referral please do so by downloading our pdf document, which can be either faxed or emailed to us. Please ensure you include your reference number on any correspondence that you have with us.

How much commission you will receive?
For each referral an affiliate makes to OMF they will earn 10% of any service fees and 10% of any mortgage lender introducer commissions that OMF receives (there is now no maximum on the amount of money you can earn from 1 case). 

So for example, if OMF receives a £1000 advisory fee from the applicant(s) and a 1% procuration fee from the mortgage provider (on for example £200,000 mortgage), the affiliate would receive a £100 commission from the advisory fee, and a £200 commission from the procuration fee, providing the affiliate with a total commission of £300 for that case. 

Please note that the amount that OMF earn per case does vary, meaning the figures shown above should be seen as an indicative example and should not be relied upon. Each commission payment is made on mortgage completion and within 30 days of the money has been received by OMF. All introducer payments are made in pound sterling and exclude VAT.

Once you have completed and submitted the sign up form (via the above link), you will receive a unique link like this:

There are various things you can do with this. The important thing is that you do not remove the link to the index.php page and you do not remove or edit your own 'ref' code (it is case sensitive also).

Step 2 . Add an OMF banner or link to your website:

Each email that we construct will include your affiliate ID which means you will be credited for any mortgage business generated as a direct result of the promotion.
